Our policy last 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including original packaging and tags attached.
If you wish to return your purchase please email sales@alloccasionscloset.com with order details and information regarding if a replacement is required. To complete your return, we require your order number.
