This policy applies to online purchases only.
Our policy last 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including original packaging and tags attached.
If you wish to return your purchase please email email@example.com with order details and information regarding if a replacement is required. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received a refund will be automatically issued (to your original method of payment) provided the item(s) have met the specified conditions of return.
1. We do not offer refunds on orders placed online (Collect in Store) in our stores. However, we can offer to exchange your purchase or issue a credit note at any of our stores.
2. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on our sale items.
