This policy applies to online purchases only.
Our policy last 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including original packaging and tags attached.
If you wish to return your purchase please email email@example.com with order details and information regarding if a replacement is required. To complete your return, we require your order number.
Once your return is received a refund will be automatically issued (to your original method of payment) provided the item(s) have met the specified conditions of return.
1. We do not offer refunds on Purchases made in Store. However, we can offer to exchange your purchase or issue a credit note.
2. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on our Sale items.
3. Refunds for returned items will exclude shipping costs.
