Our handmade soap will leave your skin squeaky clean and noticeably softer, we use a base of olive oil, coconut oil and sustainably farmed palm oil - a magical mix of ingredients that care for your skin as they cleanse.

Returns

Our policy last 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a refund your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including original packaging and tags attached.

If you wish to return your purchase please email sales@alloccasionscloset.com with order details and information regarding if a replacement is required. To complete your return, we require your order number.

Refunds

Once your return is received a refund will be automatically issued (to your original method of payment) provided the item(s) have met the specified conditions of return.

Please Note:

1. We do not offer refunds on Purchases made in Store.  However, we can offer to exchange your purchase or issue a credit note.

2. There are NO exchanges or returns on our CLEARANCE SALE items online (includes 70% OFF or more)
